Returns

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

• Contact me at yangwjinhua@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

• Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

• I will arrange a replacement (if available) or issue a refund.

Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized pieces

• Sale or clearance items
